Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Videographer specializing in personal branding, located in Bengaluru. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing video content aimed at elevating personal branding efforts. They will handle all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, camera operation, lighting setup, and on-site shoots, while working collaboratively with clients and teams to bring creative visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, shoot, and execute video content for personal branding across social media platforms
2. Accompany stakeholders for outdoor and on-site video shoots regularly
3. Capture high-quality videos using mobile or camera equipment (framing, lighting, angles matter)
4. Perform basic to intermediate video editing (cuts, transitions, captions, pacing)
5. Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas consistently (not recycled trends blindly)
6. Understand content formats that work (reels, shorts, talking-head, storytelling, etc.)
7. Ensure on-camera presence is polished and aligned with personal brand positioning
8. Coordinate quickly and adapt to last-minute content opportunities
