Video Editing & Videography Intern (Pune-based, On-site)

Location: Wakad, Pune (On-site — please apply only if you're currently based in Pune or can relocate immediately)
Job Type: Internship
Duration: 3–6 months, with strong potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year)

Work Split: ~40% shoot & shoot planning, ~60% editing (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects)

You've been making reels or YouTube videos just because you love it. You know your way around a camera and an editing timeline. You don't have a fancy job title yet, but your portfolio speaks for itself. If that's you, we want to meet you.
About Edgelink Technology
We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Wakad, Pune. We help businesses across industries grow their online presence through creative content, social media, SEO, websites, and paid campaigns. Our content team is expanding and we need a creative, hungry fresher who's ready to learn fast and make real work for real clients from day one.
What You'll Do,
On shoot days (~40% of your time):
- Travel to client locations across Pune to shoot reels, ads, testimonials, events, product videos, and corporate content
- Set up lighting, frame shots, manage audio, and direct basic on-camera setups
- Capture B-roll, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based content for social media
Back at the office (~60% of your time):
- Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects — transitions, captions, music, motion graphics, and effects
- Do color grading, audio cleanup, and final rendering
- Format and export videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Keep files organized and deliver on time, every time
With the team:
- Brainstorm content ideas with our social media and design team
- Stay on top of trending formats, reels styles, and platform updates
- Take feedback well and turn revisions around quickly
What We're Looking For?
Must have:
- Based in Pune (or able to commute daily on-site — this is not a remote or hybrid role)
- A portfolio or showreel — college projects, personal reels, or freelance work, anything that shows what you can do
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Basic understanding of shooting: framing, lighting, stability
- Willingness to travel within Pune for client shoots
Good to have (not required):
- Experience shooting or editing for a brand, agency, or YouTube channel
- Basic photography skills

Education
