Innovative Digital Lab is a growing digital marketing agency based in Gurgaon, specialising in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and web development. The agency works with clients across industries to drive brand growth and lead generation through digital channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer (Fresher) who is passionate about content creation, shooting, and storytelling. You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to produce engaging video content for social media, ads, and client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Shoot high-quality videos for:
Social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads)
Client campaigns and brand shoots
• Assist in planning video concepts, storyboarding, and scripting
• Handle camera setup, lighting, and audio recording
• Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
• Capture behind-the-scenes and office culture content
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content team
• Stay updated with latest content trends and reel formats
Requirements
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of iPhone shooting, Camera handling (DSLR/Mirrorless preferred) and Video editing software
• Strong interest in social media content creation
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and experiment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Good to Have
• Experience with Instagram Reels / YouTube content
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics
• Understanding of ad creatives and branding
• Portfolio or sample work (even personal projects)
