About The Role
We are looking for a talented and fashion-forward Videographer & Editor to join our creative team. In this dual role, you will own the entire video lifecycle — from concept and on-set capture to final cut delivery — producing content that elevates our brand identity across campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and editorial channels. You will work closely with our Creative Director, stylists, and marketing team to tell compelling visual stories that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Shoot Management
Plan, schedule, and execute video shoots for campaigns, lookbooks, reels,behind-the-scenes content, and product launches
Operate professional camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras) with a strong eye for lighting, framing, and composition
Collaborate with the styling team to ensure visual consistency with the brand aesthetic
Direct on-camera talent and coordinate with photographers, art directors, and stylists on set
Scout locations and manage shoot logistics, including equipment preparation and transportation
Post-Production & Editing
Edit raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Perform colour grading to maintain a consistent, on-brand visual palette
Create motion graphics, transitions, and text overlays using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
Mix and sync audio, music, and voiceovers to enhance storytelling
Adapt and resize content for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok,
YouTube, website, OOH)
Brand & Content Strategy
Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all video content
Stay current with fashion industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging video formats
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas for campaigns
Manage and organise the brand's video asset library with proper file naming and archival practices
Collaboration & Delivery
Deliver content on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards
Incorporate feedback from creative stakeholders efficiently through iterative revision cycles
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and talent agencies as required
Provide progress updates and communicate timelines proactively to the Creative Director
