About The Wellness Shop
The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C Beauty & Wellness brand focused on creating innovative skincare, haircare, wellness, and personal care products. We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and performance marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, performance marketing, product launches, branding campaigns, and website content.
- Create engaging video creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, Amazon, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot product videos, lifestyle content, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and founder-led videos.
- Handle end-to-end video production including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Edit short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and content teams to develop campaign-focused video assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content within timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product shoots, ad creatives, social media videos, and brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, storytelling, and audio recording.
- Experience creating content for D2C, Beauty, Skincare, Wellness, Fashion, or Consumer Brands is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end video production.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Must own a professional high-resolution camera and relevant shooting equipment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad content.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and viral content formats.
