Videographer & Editor
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Work Mode: In-office, 5 days a week
Experience: 1.5+ years (non-negotiable: prior work in real estate / interior design)
Budget: up-to INR 6 LPA
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for Hidecor, across social media and client projects. If you need hand-holding, this is not for you.
What You’ll Do- Shoot and edit social media content (Reels, short-form videos, walkthroughs)
- Travel to client sites to capture commercial interior design projects
- Translate spaces into visually compelling narratives, not just pretty shots
- Collaborate with the strategy and design teams to bring ideas to life
- Own the end-to-end video pipeline, from concept → shoot → edit → delivery
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and AI-led video tools
- Deliver consistently, fast, and without excuses
- Internal company podcast shoot and editing
What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)- 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in (some relevant experience real estate / interior design shoots)
- Strong portfolio showing spaces, and people
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro/ DaVinci Resolve/ Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of:
- Lighting for spaces
- Camera movement for walkthroughs
- Framing interiors to make them look premium
- Use of shoot equipment
- Ability to handle shoots independently, including on-site client environments
- Have your own professional equipment (Professional Camera)

- You have a sharp eye for detail, composition, and storytelling

- Have worked cross teams and understand creative briefs
