Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Videographer & Editor. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, including setting up equipment, coordinating with team members or subjects, and capturing high-quality footage. The Videographer & Editor will handle camera operations, lighting setups, and sound checks to ensure professional visual and audio output. Daily responsibilities include editing video content, adding basic motion graphics, color correction, and preparing final deliverables for various platforms. The role also includes organizing media files, maintaining equipment, collaborating with creative and marketing teams, and contributing ideas to improve visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including planning shoots and managing the production workflow.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of camera equipment.
- Experience with lighting setups and shooting video in varied environments.
- Ability to capture stable, well-composed footage and adapt camera techniques to different project needs.
- Hands-on experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Understanding of sound recording basics, color correction, and exporting files for digital platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail in framing, pacing, and continuity.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, or cause-driven content creation is an advantage.
