Role: Videographer & Content Creator Intern (Masoi)
Location: Mumbai (on-ground shoots in kitchen)
Type: Task-based | Flexible schedule
Compensation: ₹500 per video (60–120 sec)
About MasoiMasoi is not just a spice brand.
It’s a story of home, maa ke haath ka khana, and authentic Maharashtrian flavours, handmade in small batches with 25+ year old recipes. We’re building a content-first brand, where every video feels like a memory, not an ad.
What You’ll DoThis is not a “shoot and go” role.
You will:
- Shoot high-quality videos in a real kitchen setup
- Edit engaging short-form content (6–120 seconds)
- Work on:
- Recipe videos
- Customer testimonials
- Behind-the-scenes
- Founder/mother-led storytelling
- Suggest content ideas, formats, and trends
- Bring your own creative lens — not just execution
Expected output: 4–6 videos per week
What We’re Looking ForWe don’t care about degrees.
We care about taste + ownership.
You should:
- Know how to shoot clean, aesthetic videos (phone/camera)
- Be comfortable editing (Reels/Shorts style pacing)
- Understand what works on Instagram & YouTube Shorts
- Have an eye for:
- Lighting
- Food aesthetics
- Human emotion (very important for Masoi)
Most importantly:
You should feel something when you see home-cooked food content
You should want to tell stories, not just make videos
Equipment Requirement- Your own phone/camera
- Basic audio setup (mic preferred)
- Editing setup (mobile or laptop)
Bonus (Not Mandatory, But Powerful)- Experience shooting food content
- Ability to direct people on camera (especially non-actors)
- Understanding of storytelling (not just transitions)
