Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav (BVM), organized by CAIT, is India’s largest trade exposition, dedicated to uniting MSMEs, businesses, and trade markets from diverse sectors to foster growth and opportunities. As the platform showcasing Indian innovation and enterprise, BVM contributes toward the nation's journey to becoming a $5 trillion economy. The event, set to take place at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from August 12–15, 2026, will feature a wide range of "Made in India" products, spanning industries from foundation to fashion. Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time, in-house videographer to become an integral part of the BVM content team. The role involves capturing and creating compelling visual content from events, meetings, interviews, speaker sessions, business interactions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
This role is for someone who can understand angles, moments, storytelling, and social media content requirements in real time.
The selected candidate will be responsible for shooting content and creating reels only from the footage they capture themselves.
Please note that the candidate should have their own equipment including the camera and supporting equipment like gimbal, etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shoot On-Ground Content
Capture videos of:
Events and exhibitions
Meetings and networking sessions
Interviews and speaker interactions
Short bytes and testimonials
Behind-the-scenes moments
Ensure stable, high-quality footage with attention to framing, lighting, and audio
2. Create Reels from Self-Shot Content
Edit and create engaging short-form videos and reels using footage personally captured
Add subtitles, music, transitions, and basic effects where required
Deliver content suitable for social media platforms
3. Content Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with the content and marketing team before shoots
Understand content objectives and execute accordingly
Suggest shot ideas, angles, and moments worth capturing
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of framing, composition, and cinematic shooting
Ability to capture fast-moving events and spontaneous moments
Basic to intermediate editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication and coordination skills
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience with gimbals, microphones, and lighting setups
Drone operation experience
Understanding of social media content formats and trends
Photography skills
Experience covering events, podcasts, interviews, or business content
