Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Videographer based in Mumbai.
You won’t just “shoot videos” — you’ll be responsible for creating ads that drive revenue.
From planning and lighting to shooting and directing talent, you’ll own the visual execution of performance creatives. You’ll work closely with scriptwriters, editors, and marketers to turn ideas into high-converting ad content — fast.
Speed, clarity, and output matter here. We’re not shooting films. We’re producing winning creatives at scale.
What You’ll Actually Do- Shoot high-converting ad creatives (UGC, product, talking head, hooks, etc.)
- Set up lighting that makes products look premium and people look real
- Direct creators/models to deliver natural, high-retention performances
- Execute multiple shoots in a day without slowing down quality
- Collaborate with the team to iterate on what’s working (and kill what’s not)
- Understand why a video works — not just how to shoot it
Qualifications- You know your camera like muscle memory — framing, lighting, movement, all locked in
- You’ve shot content that performs (ads > aesthetics)
- You understand hooks, retention, pacing — even before editing starts
- You can work fast without turning your output into trash
- You’re comfortable directing people on camera (and getting the best out of them)
- You stay updated with what’s working on Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, etc.
- You can handle pressure, tight timelines, and multiple shoots
- Basic editing knowledge is a bonus (you should know what your editor needs)
Bonus Points If- You’ve worked in D2C / performance marketing setups
- You’ve shot winning ad creatives before
- You think in terms of CTR, hooks, and conversions — not just “cinematic shots”
