Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Videographer based in Delhi, India. The Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality video content, including planning and executing shoots. Daily tasks include operating cameras, setting up lighting, directing shoots, and managing video production to visually communicate The Mad Nose's unique brand identity. The Videographer will also collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging visual storytelling that resonates with our audience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Video Production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
- Skilled in Camera Operation and use of camera equipment effectively.
- Hands-on experience with setting up and managing Lighting for video shoots.
- Strong expertise in Shooting Video with keen attention to detail and composition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to convey brand narratives visually.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Delhi, India.
- Degree or certification in filmmaking, visual arts, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in digital marketing or branded content creation is highly desirable.

Shoot On:
- iPhone
- camera
- digicam
- whatever gets the shot
- What you’ll actually do
- Shoot short form content daily
- Make reels that don’t feel like ads
- Edit fast
- Jump on trends before they become cringe
- Understand internet humour
- Shoot both aesthetic and unhinged
- Cover launches, events, popups, shoots
- Make the office feel like a living moodboard
- You should probably apply if:
- Your camera roll is 90% random references
- You instinctively open Instagram before Google
- You know CapCut shortcuts better than keyboard shortcuts
- You watch ads and think “this could’ve been cooler”
- You understand the difference between luxury and trying-too-hard
- You can make even a tissue box look desirable
- You enjoy being around creative chaos
- You don’t need 14 business days to edit a reel
Bonus points if you:
know meme culture deeply
are weirdly specific about fonts/music/transitions
have shot fashion, beauty, food or lifestyle content
Important:
- This is an in-house role.
- Not freelance.
- Not “available for projects.”
- We want someone in the room while ideas are happening.
