Location: Bengaluru
We are looking for a Videographer to join our team immediately in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a creative professional with a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and a passion for crafting compelling video content.
This is a role that involves both shooting and editing. The Videographer will be responsible for planning and capturing high-quality footage, as well as creating polished video content for digital platforms, including social media campaigns, brand films, advertisements, and promotional content. You will work with dynamic brands across industries such as malls, fashion, furniture, and other lifestyle segments. The role requires someone who can think creatively, shoot confidently, edit efficiently, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines. All camera gear, high-end equipment, and studio lighting will be provided by the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality video content for campaigns, brand films, and digital platforms
- Edit engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, ads, and brand promotions
- Assemble raw footage into compelling narratives aligned with brand objectives
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and visual effects where required
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams
- Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, and brand tone
- Manage color correction, audio balancing, and final output optimization
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high creative standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Proven experience in both video shooting and editing for digital campaigns and social media
- Knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and on-set coordination
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is a plus
- Strong sense of aesthetics, timing, and sound design
- Ability to think quickly and execute efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing relevant shooting and editing work (mandatory)
- Degree or certification in Film Production, Media, Animation, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
