What You’ll DoYou’ll own video creation end-to-end — from shooting to editing — with a sharp focus on Ad assets and social media content.
- Shoot high-quality Reels, ads, and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Capture strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds (thumb-stopping content only pls)
- Know how to play with angles, movement, cuts, skips, jump cuts, transitions, and pacing to keep attention
- Shoot product, lifestyle, in-store, creator-style, and ad-first content
- Edit videos optimised for performance (retention, watch time, engagement)
- Work closely with the Brand, Social, and Performance teams to create ad variations and iterations
- Be on-ground for store shoots, campaigns, creator collaborations, and quick turnarounds
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know fancy film terms — but you must know how to make content that works on social.
- Strong understanding of Reels, Meta ads, and short-form video formats
- Knows what makes an video asset work on ads and social media vs just look good
- Comfortable shooting on DSLR / Mirrorless / iPhone (whatever gets the best output)
- Skilled in editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects — tool doesn’t matter, output does)
- Great sense of timing, music, pacing, visual storytelling
- Can adapt content for different audiences, hooks, and formats
- Fast, collaborative, and open to feedback & iteration
Bonus (Nice to Have)- Experience shooting D2C or lifestyle brands
- Has worked with creators or influencers
- Can suggest frames, storyboards, ideas, hooks, and formats (not just execute)

- We’re constantly testing new hooks, formats, and styles
