Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Gurugram. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that showcases properties, neighborhoods, and brand stories for use across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, scouting locations, setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and capturing footage that aligns with brand guidelines. The role also involves basic to intermediate video editing, collaborating on creative concepts and storyboards, organizing and maintaining video files and equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of content for campaigns and listings.
Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including planning, storyboarding, and on-site execution.
- Proficient camera operation skills, including handling professional cameras and related accessories.
- Hands-on experience with lighting and shooting video in varied environments, both indoor and outdoor.
- Ability to maintain and manage camera equipment, lighting kits, and related gear.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills using common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong visual storytelling abilities and an eye for composition and detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and follow brand and creative guidelines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle videography is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
