Role Description The Videographer role at Motomedia is a full-time remote position responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing video shoots, operating cameras and lighting equipment, and ensuring professional composition and sound. The Videographer will collaborate with other creatives to develop concepts, create storyboards, and capture footage that supports broader strategic and design initiatives. Additional responsibilities include selecting and organizing shots, coordinating with editors, and maintaining consistent visual standards across projects. The role requires proactive communication with team members, reliable time management, and adherence to project timelines and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Video Production skills, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and understanding post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess Camera Operation skills, including proficiency with professional cameras and related equipment.
- Candidates should possess Lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting lighting to achieve desired visual quality.
- Candidates should possess Shooting Video skills, including framing, composition, and capturing stable, well-exposed footage.
- Relevant experience with remote collaboration tools and digital asset management systems.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and contribute ideas within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating videography work; prior experience in a creative agency or collective is beneficial.
