We need a hybrid creative professional who can:

• Shoot high-quality videos (factory, products, founder content, gym content)

• Edit cinematic reels and short-form content

• Do professional color grading

• Create engaging Instagram Reels & short videos

• Build a structured B-roll content library

🎬 Videography

• Shoot factory operations, products, and corporate visuals (Lumina Tile)

• Shoot cinematic fitness & motivational content (Kaizen)

• Capture high-quality B-roll regularly

• Handle lighting, framing, composition professionally

🎞 Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels (30–60 sec)

• Cinematic cuts with beat sync

• Strong sound design sense

• Black & white grading (for Kaizen aesthetic)

• Clean premium color grading (for Lumina)

• Add minimal but impactful typography

📂 Content Management

• Maintain organized footage library

• Deliver final edited content ready for marketing agency

• Maintain consistency in brand tone & style
