We are looking for a creative and skilled **Professional Photographer & Videographer** to showcase our properties, experiences, events, food, and hospitality offerings through high-quality visual content.
## Role Description
The Professional Photographer & Videographer will be responsible for creating professional photo and video content for hotels, resorts, bungalows, events, social media, digital marketing, websites, and promotional campaigns.
The role requires a creative eye, strong technical skills, and the ability to capture hospitality experiences in an attractive and engaging manner.
### Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of:
- Hotel rooms and suites
- Bungalow interiors and exteriors
- Gardens, landscapes, and amenities
- Food and beverage
- Events and celebrations
- Guest experiences and activities
- Property facilities and surroundings
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and digital content.
- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots.
- Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, gimbals, and other professional equipment.
- Handle basic to advanced photo and video editing.
- Perform colour correction, image enhancement, video trimming, transitions, and sound editing.
- Coordinate with the Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive for content planning and campaigns.
- Maintain an organised and properly backed-up photo/video library.
- Create content according to marketing briefs and brand requirements.
- Cover special events, promotions, guest activities, and hospitality campaigns.
- Handle equipment responsibly and ensure it is maintained in good working condition.
- Be available to travel to hospitality properties and locations as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 to5 years of professional photography/videography experience.
- Experience in Hotel, Resort, Hospitality, Luxury Lifestyle, Real Estate, or related industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of professional camera operation, composition, framing, exposure, and lighting.
- Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
- Good knowledge of gimbal/stabilizer operation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the marketing team.
- Portfolio/work samples are required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality, luxury resorts, hotels, or lifestyle brands.
- Drone photography/videography experience, subject to applicable permissions.
- Experience creating viral/trending Reels and social media content.
- Knowledge of food, interior, architecture, and lifestyle photography.
- Ability to create visually appealing storytelling content.
