Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Gurugram. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that supports training programs, marketing initiatives, and internal communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up and adjusting lighting, capturing high-quality footage during training sessions and events, and collaborating with trainers and subject-matter experts to visualize complex concepts. The role also involves organizing raw footage, coordinating with the creative or marketing team on storyboards, and ensuring all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and basic post-production for educational and promotional content.
- Proficiency in camera operation, including using different camera types and settings to capture clear and stable footage.
- Hands-on experience with lighting setups and techniques to ensure professional-quality visuals in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Demonstrated ability in shooting video in live training, classroom, and corporate settings, managing multiple takes and angles.
- Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with trainers, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
- Organizational skills for managing footage, file naming, backups, and basic asset management.
- Prior experience in the automotive, training, or education sector is an advantage but not required.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
