The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Videographer who can own the end-to-end video production process—from concept to shoot to final output. You’ll work closely with consultants, leadership, and the marketing team to create compelling visual content for clients, branding, and thought leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for client engagements, marketing campaigns, and internal communications
- Translate business concepts into visually engaging stories and formats
- Handle on-site and studio shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Direct shoots, including working with senior stakeholders and external talent
- Manage post-production in collaboration with editors (or independently when required)
- Ensure brand consistency and high production standards across all video assets
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging formats
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of professional experience in videography or video production
- Strong hands-on expertise with cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Solid understanding of storytelling, framing, and visual composition
- Experience in corporate, consulting, or B2B content is a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
