Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Editor to manage, review, and enhance content across both digital (online) and print (offline) platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure all content is engaging, accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Edit and proofread content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, reports, and other marketing materials
- Ensure clarity, consistency, tone, and style across all content formats
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content
- Fact-check information and ensure content accuracy and credibility
- Optimize digital content for SEO and readability
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content
- Review layouts for print materials and coordinate with design/production teams
- Maintain and update brand voice and editorial guidelines
- Provide constructive feedback to writers and contributors
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in editing (digital and print preferred)
- Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (CMS)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and editing software
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with both online media and print publications
- Knowledge of style guides (AP, Chicago, etc.)
- Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign)
- Experience in content strategy or publishing workflows
