Paid Internship ProfileVideo Quality Review & Technical Testing Intern
Position: Video Quality Review & Technical Testing Intern
Type: Paid Internship
Project: Review and Quality Assurance of Educational Videos
Total Videos: Approximately 48 videos
Video Duration: Approximately 15 to 20 minutes each
Devices: Windows Tablet and Android Tablet
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern with experience in video quality review, content quality checking, media production, video editing, or technical QA.
The selected intern will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing approximately 48 educational videos across different devices. This is not just a one-time video review. Each video may need to be reviewed two to three times through the correction and finalization process.
The objective is to ensure that every video is visually, technically, and audibly suitable before final release.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will review each video carefully and provide structured, timestamp-based feedback covering:
- Audio Quality
- Check voice clarity, background noise, audio levels, cuts, missing audio, sudden volume changes, and overall audio quality.
- Lip Syncing
- Identify places where character lip movements and dialogue/audio do not synchronize correctly.
- Video Pacing
- Identify sections that feel too fast or too slow for students to understand comfortably.
- Visual & Background Review
- Check backgrounds, characters, objects, transitions, placement, visual consistency, cropping, unwanted elements, and overall studio quality.
- Spelling & Content Errors
- Identify spelling mistakes, incorrect text, punctuation errors, missing words, formatting issues, or text that appears incorrectly on screen.
- Technical Issues
- Identify:
- Lag or stuttering
- Video glitches
- Freezing
- Pixelation
- Rendering issues
- Audio/video synchronization issues
- Transition problems
- Playback problems
- Screen-size or resolution issues
- Device Compatibility Testing
- Test the videos on:
- Windows Tablet
- Android Tablet
- Review whether the video runs smoothly and displays correctly on both devices.
- Timestamp-Based Feedback
- Feedback should clearly mention the exact timestamp wherever an issue is found.
- Example:
- 05:32: Lip sync does not match the dialogue.
- 07:45: Text disappears too quickly.
- 10:18: Background animation is slightly lagging.
- 12:04: Spelling error in the displayed sentence.
- Re-Review After Corrections
- Once the studio or production team implements the suggested changes, the intern will review the updated video again to ensure the corrections have been made properly.
- Final Quality Approval
- Conduct the final review from both a content experience and technical perspective and confirm whether the video is suitable for release.
Review Process
Each video will broadly follow this workflow:
First Review
Complete review and detailed feedback.
Second Review
Verify whether the studio has correctly implemented all requested changes and identify any remaining issues.
Final Review
Check the finalized video on Windows and Android devices and recommend whether it is ready for release.
Some videos may require an additional review depending on the corrections.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have experience or understanding of:
Video editing or video production
Video quality assurance or media QC
Audio and visual synchronization
Animation/video review
Digital content testing
Educational or children's content
Technical testing on Windows and Android devices
Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar video-production software would be an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to watch videos carefully multiple times
Good written English
Ability to provide clear and actionable feedback
Understanding of audio/video quality
Ability to identify technical playback issues
Good observation skills
Comfortable working with Windows and Android devices
Ability to maintain structured review documentation
Expected Workload
One complete viewing of all 48 videos would require approximately 12 to 16 hours of viewing time alone.
Since each video may be reviewed two to three times, the project involves approximately 24 to 48 hours of direct video viewing, excluding time required for documentation, testing across devices, communicating feedback, and verifying corrections.
Therefore, candidates should be comfortable handling a detailed quality-review assignment rather than a simple content-watching internship.
Final Deliverables
The intern will be expected to provide:
Detailed review sheet for all 48 videos
Timestamp-wise correction points
First-round review feedback
Correction verification feedback
Windows Tablet compatibility feedback
Android Tablet compatibility feedback
Final technical and quality assessment
Recommendation on whether each video is suitable for final release
Preferred Profile
Students, graduates, freelancers, or professionals from backgrounds such as:
Media Production
Video Editing
Animation
Mass Communication
Film & Television
Multimedia
Computer/Technical QA
Digital Content Production
Prior experience in video QC, production review, animation review, or technical testing will be strongly preferred.
Internship Objective
By the end of the internship, the selected candidate should be able to independently assess whether each video is technically stable, visually polished, properly synchronized, educationally suitable, and ready to be used across different devices.
