Video Production Lead
We're looking for a Video Production Lead to own content production end-to-end across our video channels.
What you'll do:
- Build and grow YouTube channels in the Indian market
- Run professional livestreams using OBS, StreamYard, or similar tools
- Edit long-form and short-form content with strong pacing and hooks
- Use YouTube Analytics to track performance and improve output
- Design or coordinate thumbnails that drive CTR
- Manage production across multiple channels and content streams
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record of growing YouTube channels in India
- Hands-on editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience with livestream production tools
- Strong grasp of retention, CTR, and traffic source data
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
Bonus: Experience in trading, crypto, fintech, or creator-led education content.
