Role Description The Video Production Intern will support the end-to-end production of video content, including pre-production planning, on-set assistance, and basic post-production tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping prepare shoot schedules, organizing equipment, assisting with camera and lighting setups, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth production workflows. The intern will also help with quality checks on video output, maintain organized production files, and support the team in meeting project timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, offering practical experience in a professional agency setting and the opportunity to learn from experienced production and creative staff.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and basic Production Management to support organizing shoots, resources, and timelines.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with production, creative, and client-facing teams.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Quality Control to help review video outputs and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training and learning new video production tools, techniques, and workflows.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), basic understanding of camera and lighting equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program in media, film, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
