Role Description The Video Production Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the end-to-end video production process, including planning shoots, assisting with scripting, organizing production schedules, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include operating or assisting with cameras and basic equipment, capturing and organizing footage, and supporting editing teams with file management and quality checks. The intern will help ensure videos meet brand guidelines, maintain consistent quality standards, and support training and communication initiatives through video content. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and suggest creative ideas for video storytelling.
Qualifications
- Ability to support production planning and basic production management activities for video projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with creative, technical, and healthcare teams.
- Attention to detail and an understanding of quality control processes in video production.
- Interest in contributing to training and educational video content for healthcare and technology audiences.
- Familiarity with video shooting, lighting, and sound basics; experience with editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Coursework or academic background in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and manage multiple tasks with time management and organizational skills.
