Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the studio recording environment, ensuring high-quality audio and video production.
- Handle console room operations, including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of recording equipment.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute video production activities, including studio and on-location shoots.
- Capture, edit, and enhance video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools.
- Perform post-production activities including video editing, color correction, sound design, visual effects, animations, and motion graphics.
- Create engaging digital content such as promotional videos, advertisements, educational content, reels, and short-form videos for multiple platforms.
- Implement seamless transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, visual effects, and motion graphics to improve audience engagement.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for video generation, automated editing, voice synthesis, captioning, and workflow optimization.
- Maintain and organize digital media assets, project files, and recording archives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows and post-production processes.
- Experience in studio recording, camera operations, audio management, and console room handling.
- Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, visual effects, and animation techniques.
- Familiarity with AI-based content creation and video editing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
