Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Production Agency Partner, based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing video production planning and management, ensuring quality control during all stages of production, collaborating with clients to align production goals, and leading training initiatives to enhance team performance. The candidate will act as a key point of communication between creative teams and stakeholders, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
- Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team collaboration
- Proven experience with Quality Control in creative or video production settings
- Experience in Training and mentoring production teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment
- Knowledge of video production tools and technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communication, or a related field preferred
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset with leadership qualities
