Cinematographer / Videographer & Video Editor – Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and visually driven
Cinematographer/Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is centered around capturing compelling visuals, crafting cinematic stories, and producing high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication.
You should have a strong eye for composition, lighting, and movement, along with the ability to bring stories to life through camera work and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots with a strong focus on cinematography, framing, lighting, and camera movement
- Capture high-quality footage for social media, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and brand films
- Set up and manage lighting, camera gear, and audio equipment for shoots
- Collaborate with creative directors and teams to conceptualize visually compelling video ideas
- Direct on-ground shoots, ensuring the visual narrative aligns with the brand vision
- Edit videos (short-form and long-form) with strong storytelling, pacing, and seamless transitions
- Apply color correction and grading to achieve a consistent cinematic look and feel
- Handle basic motion graphics and animations when required
- Organize and manage video assets, footage, and project files efficiently
Skills & Tools Required
- Strong portfolio showcasing cinematography and videography work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lenses, lighting setups, and shot composition
- Experience with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, ads) and digital-first formats
- Knowledge of color grading, sound syncing, and post-production workflows
- Awareness of current video trends and visual storytelling techniques
- Basic motion graphics skills are a plus
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
