🚀 Hiring: Video Producer (Pre-Production Specialist) 🚀
Are you a visual storyteller who lives for the pre-production hustle? We are looking for a creative Video Producer who can take a brief and turn it into brilliant concepts, scripts, and storyboards!
Note: We are specifically looking for Pre-Production experts with an agency background, not Post-Production / Video Editors.
📍 Location: Pune (In-Office, 5 Days + Alt. Sat) // Open to top talent from Mumbai willing to relocate! ⏳ Experience: 1 – 4 Years ⚡ Notice Period: Max 30 Days
What You Will Do:
- Own the pre-production lifecycle: Concept creation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and shot breakdowns.
- Plan production schedules, budgets, and logistics.
- Direct camera crews and talent during end-to-end video shoots (corporate films, social media, ads).
- Oversee post-production to ensure the final output hits the mark.
Must-Haves:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in video pre-production.
- Background working in top advertising, design, or marketing agencies.
- Education in Filmography, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Under 28 years of age (as per client mandate).
