Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Producer to lead end-to-end video content creation for our MVN Aeroone project located at Dwarka Expressway. The role involves conceptualizing, planning, shooting, and delivering high-quality video assets that enhance brand storytelling, drive sales, and showcase project features effectively across digital and on-ground platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Strategy
• Conceptualize video ideas aligned with project positioning, brand guidelines, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop content calendars for project launches, milestones, and digital marketing needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and CRM teams to identify content requirements.
2. Pre-Production
• Scriptwriting and storyboard development for:
o Project walkthroughs
o Sample flat videos
o Lifestyle and location films
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Plan shoot schedules, locations, and logistics.
3. Production
• Lead and execute shoots (in-house or with vendors).
• Oversee videography, lighting, sound, and set aesthetics.
• Direct on-camera talent, including sales teams, customers, and influencers.
4. Post-Production
• Supervise video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Ensure timely delivery of videos in multiple formats (social media, website, ads).
• Maintain consistency in brand tonality and visual identity.
5. Vendor & Asset Management
• Manage production agencies, freelancers, editors, and equipment vendors.
• Maintain repository of all raw footage and final assets.
• Ensure all content is archived and accessible for future use.
6. Platform & Performance Understanding
• Adapt content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and website.
• Work with digital team to optimize video performance (engagement, leads, conversions).

• Proven expertise in creating viral videos
Required Skills & Qualifications
• –10 years of experience in video production (real estate preferred)
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
• Hands-on understanding of cameras, lighting, and sound.
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in managing shoots and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Preferred Background
• Experience in real estate / architecture / lifestyle brands.
• Exposure to drone shoots, walkthroughs, and location-based storytelling.
• Understanding of luxury branding and visual aesthetics.
