Role: Video Producer
We are looking for a creative and driven Video Producer to lead our video production efforts and build a strong in-house content ecosystem. This role involves managing the complete video production lifecycle from ideation and scripting to shooting and final editing while ensuring high-quality visual storytelling for both internal branding and client projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for internal branding and client campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and scripts aligned with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Manage end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing.
• Handle in-house video shoots and coordinate production for client projects.
• Edit and finalize videos optimized for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Lead and build the video production department, setting processes and creative direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Stay updated with content trends, reels formats, and digital video strategies to keep content engaging and relevant.
