Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Video KYC Agent to handle digital customer verification process through video interactions. The role involves conducting Video KYC sessions in compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring accurate customer onboarding while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) sessions with customers as per regulatory guidelines.
- Verify customer identity through valid documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, etc.
- Ensure face match, liveliness detection, and document verification.
- Maintain compliance and audit standards.
- Handle customer queries during VKYC process.
- Ensure accurate data entry in systems (LOS/LMS/CRM).
- Identify and escalate suspicious cases.
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Adhere to TAT and SLA requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–3 years of experience in KYC or customer support.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic understanding of KYC/AML guidelines.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
