Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video KYC Auditor Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager based in Noida. The role involves overseeing and conducting video KYC audits to ensure customer onboarding complies with regulatory and internal policy requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring live and recorded video KYC sessions, verifying customer identity and documentation, identifying potential fraud or discrepancies, and maintaining accurate audit records. The person in this role will collaborate with operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve video KYC processes, implement best practices, and address audit findings. Additional tasks include preparing reports and dashboards on audit outcomes, supporting internal and external audits, and contributing to training and guidance for front-line KYC teams.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations, RBI guidelines, and video-based customer onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in audit, risk assessment, and quality assurance, including reviewing documentation and identifying control gaps.
- Candidates should possess operational and process management skills, such as workflow monitoring, escalation management, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess data and reporting skills, including basic data analysis, use of MS Excel or similar tools, and preparation of audit reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity and ethics.
- A graduate degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in compliance, AML, or risk management are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or compliance/KYC operations, especially in video KYC, will be highly beneficial.
