Global Institute of Sports Business (GISB) — India's leading sports management institution — is looking for a creative, fast-moving Video & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team full-time in Mumbai.

About GISB
We run the prestigious PGP in Sports Management (co-certified with UMass Amherst) and the EPGP. 90%+ of our alumni get placed at organizations like ITW, JioStar, Rush Sports, and the WTA. We're building the next generation of sports industry leaders — and we need someone to help tell that story.
What You'll Own
🎬 Video Production
- Short-form videos for social, campaigns & events
- Editing raw footage into polished, brand-consistent content
- Testimonials, event coverage, and explainer videos
🎨 Graphic Design
- Reels & carousel ad sets (monthly cadence)
- Static ads, email templates, landing page visuals
- Event collateral — standees, banners, booth graphics
- Brochures, flyers & promotional material
What We're Looking For
✅ 1+ years in graphic design, video production, or content creation
✅ Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent
✅ A portfolio that shows range — video editing, design, and social content
✅ Solid grasp of color theory, typography, composition & visual design principles
✅ Speed without sacrificing quality
✅ Comfort creating for reels, carousels & stories
✅ Ability to work within brand guidelines and keep output consistent
Nice to Have
➕ Experience in education/higher-ed marketing
➕ Familiarity with design systems & brand guidelines
➕ Figma or similar collaboration tools
➕ Strong content & communication execution skills
📍 Location: Mumbai (Campus)
💰 Compensation: ₹4–5 LPA (based on experience)
