Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer with strong video editing and motion graphics skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with brand storytelling and marketing objectives.
This role requires a strong visual eye, technical expertise in filming and post-production, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand initiatives.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional-grade footage.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos using industry-standard tools.
- Create and integrate motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Produce supporting visual elements such as thumbnails, titles, and overlays using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Adapt video content for various platforms and formats (e.g., 16:9, 1:1, 9:16).
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized file structures and ensure efficient workflow and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Videographer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or production environment.
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to creative direction.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with color grading and sound editing.
- Knowledge of current video trends and social media content formats.
- Basic understanding of motion design and typography.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or other collaborative platforms.
