About the Role
We’re hiring a Video Editor who understands content, not just editing tools.
This role is about creating high-performing reels, shorts, and ads that grab attention and keep people watching.
If you know how to turn raw clips into scroll-stopping content, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
• Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and ads
• Add hooks, captions, effects, and pacing that increase watch time
• Turn basic footage into engaging, high-performing content
• Repurpose content into multiple short-form formats
• Work closely with marketing and content teams
• Stay updated with trends and viral formats
What We’re Looking For
• Experience editing short-form social media content
• Comfortable with any editing tool (CapCut, Instagram edits, Canva, Premiere, etc.)
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to create fast, engaging edits
• Can work quickly and handle multiple edits daily

• Your understanding of content performance
• Your speed + consistency
