Smarkupp Studios is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Trainee who wants real exposure to high-quality content production and brand storytelling.
This is a hands-on role where you will work on actual client projects, not dummy work.
Role Overview
You will assist in creating engaging video content for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Editing reels, short-form videos, and social media content
- Assisting in long-form video editing (YouTube, ads, brand films)
- Working with transitions, cuts, sound design, and basic color correction
- Collaborating with the content and marketing team
- Understanding trends and creating engaging edits accordingly
- Managing raw footage and organizing project files
What We Are Looking For
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Strong interest in content creation and editing
- Creativity with a good sense of timing, music, and storytelling
- Willingness to learn and improve quickly
- Basic understanding of social media trends
