Key Responsibilities
• Edit talking-head videos for educational and training content
• Apply clean cuts, jump cuts, and smooth transitions
• Sync audio accurately and enhance overall sound clarity
• Add engaging captions/subtitles with strong typography
• Use fonts, spacing, and styles that improve viewer retention
• Maintain a clean, minimal, and professional editing style
• Ensure videos are easy to understand and visually engaging
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of caption styling and typography
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Experience editing talking-head or educational content
• Basic knowledge of sound balancing and color correction
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Bonus Skills:
• Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
