About Kaz Worldwide Travel
Kaz Worldwide Travel has been crafting unforgettable holiday experiences since 2011. We specialise in tailored travel packages, expert destination guidance, and seamless flight and hotel bookings for the UK market. As we scale our digital presence, we're looking for a creative professional who can bring our destinations to life through scroll-stopping video content and smart social media execution.
The Role
We're hiring a Video Editor & Social Media Executive to join our Gurugram office, producing content and driving social media strategy for our UK-facing brand. You'll lead with elite editing ability and pair it with genuine social media intelligence. This isn't a "post and schedule" role — you'll be expected to own content quality from raw footage to final publish, while building and iterating on strategies that actually grow engagement across platforms.
You'll work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals, then translate those into content that performs — adapting your editing style, pacing, and format to suit the platform, the audience, and the objective. One week that might mean cinematic destination reels for Instagram, the next it could be fast-paced, trend-driven cuts for TikTok, or polished thought-leadership clips for LinkedIn.
Content will vary widely — while travel is at the core of the brand, you'll also be creating and editing content across completely different themes, styles, and topics. You need to be versatile enough to shift between cinematic travel edits, punchy promotional content, behind-the-scenes pieces, educational clips, trending formats, and whatever else the strategy calls for. If you can only edit one way, this isn't the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce high-quality video content across short-form and long-form formats — reels, TikToks, YouTube content, stories, and ad creatives
- Create content across a wide range of topics and styles, not limited to travel — adapting tone, pacing, and editing approach to match each brief
- Apply professional colour grading, motion graphics, sound design, and transitions to deliver content that stands out in a crowded feed
- Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms — with a focus on the UK travel market
- Analyse content performance, identify what's working, and adjust creative direction accordingly
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and editing styles — then apply them proactively
- Collaborate with the UK-based marketing team to align content with wider campaign objectives, seasonal pushes, and brand positioning
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement where required
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-grade video editing across multiple styles and formats — a portfolio is required and applications without one will not be considered
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent — plus comfort with tools like CapCut for platform-native editing
- Proven ability to build and execute social media strategies that drive measurable engagement growth
- Range and versatility — your portfolio should show you can edit across different tones, topics, and content types, not just one niche
- Sharp eye for colour grading, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube — and why
- Ability to adapt editing style to match different campaign tones, audiences, and platform requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a UK-based team across time zones
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable taking creative ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle space
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop
- Basic understanding of paid social and how organic content supports broader marketing funnels
- Experience with analytics tools and reporting on content performance
- Understanding of UK audience preferences, trends, and cultural nuances
How to Apply
Please submit your application along with a link to your portfolio or showreel. We want to see the range and quality of your work — include examples across different styles, formats, and content types where possible. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
