We're Kirativity Media, a Bangalore-based content agency that creates Instagram Reels for personal-brand clients. Our small, fast-moving team is looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our remote-friendly and results-focused team.
Our clients have seen impressive growth with us - Dr. Vishal Mehra grew 0 → 100K+ followers in 4 months, Muskan Suryavanshi grew 0 → 30K in 2 months and got 500 organic leads, and Srijan Chadha (founder) grew his own page from 890 → 50K in 90 days. As a Video Editor, you'll edit 25–90s Instagram Reels for our clients, incorporating fast cuts, captions, motion graphics, sound design, and retention-driven storytelling. You'll work on adding captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics as per brief, maintaining client-specific editing styles and brand guidelines, and delivering final edits in MP4 format along with project files when requested.
