Shabd Digital is a London-based digital studio. Our director was born and brought up in Bihar, and we want to build our editing capacity there. So this role is open only to editors currently living and working in Bihar.
The work
- Edit long-form video from multi-camera raw footages
- Colour grading, sound sync, titles, subtitles and lower thirds
- Working to a brief and to a deadline with a small team across two time zones
What we need
- Real editing experience. At least [2–3] years of paid work, not just coursework
- Confident in DaVinci Resolve, Edit and Colour pages at minimum; Fusion or Fairlight is a bonus
- Currently based in Bihar and planning to stay. We will verify this
- A machine that runs Resolve properly and a broadband connection that survives a video call
- Working English. Hindi, Bhojpuri or Maithili are all useful here
