Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Video Editor – Reels & Motion Graphics who understands short-form content and can create visually engaging edits for social media. This role is ideal for someone who can combine editing speed, storytelling, and motion graphics to produce scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ads, social content) with strong pacing and storytelling
- Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects
- Work closely with the content, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life
- Understand platform trends and create edits that are optimized for engagement
- Handle quick turnaround projects without compromising quality
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity
- Add sound design, transitions, and finishing touches to enhance content quality
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in video editing for social media or digital platforms
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Solid understanding of reels, short-form content, and social media trends
- Good sense of timing, transitions, music sync, and storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Good to Have- Experience working with brands, agencies, or content creators
- Basic understanding of color grading and sound design
- Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut (optional)
- Interest in content trends, memes, and viral formats
