🎯 The Role
We are hiring a passionate, technically skilled Video Editor to join our growing creative team remotely. You will not be piecing together clips in isolation. You will collaborate directly with creative directors, motion graphics designers, and producers — executing premium video content with real deadlines and broadcast-quality standards.
You'll master Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop alongside cutting-edge AI tools (11 Labs, Google Flow, Higgsfield) that streamline workflows and elevate creative output. Your edits will define how our clients' brands are perceived by millions.
✅ What You Will Do
📹 Video Editing & Post-Production
→ Edit high-quality video content across multiple formats — social media, commercials, branded content, corporate videos, web series, and motion graphics
→ Execute full post-production workflows — timeline editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery
→ Create seamless transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects that elevate storytelling
→ Work with multicam footage, raw 4K/8K footage, and complex timelines
→ Deliver broadcast-quality edits on tight deadlines without compromising creative vision
🤖 AI-Powered Workflow Integration
→ Integrate 11 Labs for AI voiceovers, text-to-speech, and audio enhancement
→ Use Higgsfield for intelligent video enhancement, upscaling, and automated visual refinements
→ Leverage Google Flow for workflow automation and streamlined project management
→ Stay ahead of emerging AI video tools and implement them strategically into projects
→ Train the team on new AI capabilities and best practices
🎨 Creative Collaboration & Client Alignment
→ Collaborate with creative directors and producers on editorial decisions, pacing, and creative direction
→ Understand client briefs and translate vision into pixel-perfect edits
→ Participate in creative discussions and pitch meetings with internal teams
→ Provide feedback on footage quality, continuity, and creative feasibility
→ Revise and iterate based on feedback — delivering multiple versions with professionalism
📊 Quality Assurance & Technical Excellence
→ Maintain strict quality standards — color grading, audio levels, subtitle timing, and technical compliance
→ Manage project files, media libraries, and version control with precision
→ Export and deliver final files in multiple formats optimised for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, broadcast, cinema)
→ Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize rendering and playback performance
→ Document best practices and maintain editing guidelines for consistency
🤝 Collaboration & Communication
→ Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating seamlessly with the creative team
→ Communicate project status, challenges, and delivery timelines proactively
→ Provide technical input on feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements
→ Mentor junior editors and contribute to team skill development
🔍 What We Are Looking For
✅ MUST-HAVE
→ Minimum 1+ Year of Professional Video Editing Experience — Agency, production house, freelance, or self-managed projects
→ Expert-Level Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — You should edit like you breathe
→ Strong Skills in Adobe After Effects — Motion graphics, animations, and visual effects
→ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — Graphics design and image manipulation for video projects
→ Mastery of AI Video Tools — Hands-on experience or quick learner with 11 Labs, Higgsfield, Google Flow, and similar AI-powered tools
→ Strong Color Grading Skills — Understanding of color theory, LUTs, and professional color workflows
→ Sound Design Knowledge — Audio mixing, sync, and dialogue editing experience
→ Portfolio of Edited Work — Submit 3–5 video samples (links, YouTube, or Vimeo) showcasing your best editing
→ Technical Proficiency — File management, format conversion, codec understanding, and delivery specifications
→ Full-Time Availability — Remote work, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday
→ Reliable Setup — High-speed internet, powerful workstation, and professional workspace for uninterrupted work
→ English Communication — Clear written and verbal communication for client interactions and feedback
