Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor (Podcast Content) role based in Gurugram. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content for podcasts. Day-to-day tasks include assembling recorded footage, applying video editing techniques, enhancing visuals through color grading, and developing motion graphics. The role also involves ensuring polished and professional final videos aligned with the brand's standards.
What you’ll do:
- Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube & other platforms
- Create engaging short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Add captions, motion graphics, and branding elements
- Enhance audio/video quality and storytelling flow
- Optimize content for different platforms
What we’re looking for:
- Experience editing podcasts or interview-style content
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling & audience retention
- Ability to repurpose long-form into viral short-form content
