ThinkB Creative Agency is looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor + Videographer to join our growing team in Bangalore.
We’re looking for someone who can shoot, edit, and create high-impact visual content for brands across digital platforms. If you love storytelling through video and know how to create content that grabs attention in seconds, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Shoot high-quality videos for client projects (indoor, outdoor, and on-site)
• Capture professional footage using cameras and smartphones
• Edit engaging Reels, ads, brand films, testimonials, and corporate videos
• Manage the complete video production workflow from shoot to final delivery
• Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams
• Travel for client shoots when required
Required Skills
• Strong videography and cinematography skills
• Excellent video editing capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience in mobile content creation/smartphone videography
• Strong understanding of transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading
• Ability to create fast-paced, engaging social media content
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a creative or digital agency
• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing both shooting and editing work
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
• Passion for creating scroll-stopping content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
