Ravelcare Limited is a fast-growing D2C haircare and skincare brand, featured on Shark Tank and listed on the stock exchange. The Role
You won't be editing corporate videos or sitting on briefs for a week. You'll be cutting fast, testing fast, and watching what works. Every video you make has a job to do, whether that's stopping the scroll, building trust, or closing the sale. If you love making things people actually watch, this is your place.
What You'll Do
- 🎬 Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, YouTube, and Instagram Reels
- 🔀 Cut raw footage into multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- ✨ Add motion graphics, dynamic text, sound design, and hooks that grab attention in the first 2 seconds
- 📲 Stay on top of trending formats, audio, and content styles in the D2C and beauty space
- 🤝 Work closely with the content and marketing team to bring creative concepts to life
- 📊 Look at performance data and use it to make better videos, not just prettier ones
You're Right for This If ✅
- 1-3 years of video editing experience, with a portfolio that actually slaps
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- You understand hooks, pacing, and why the first 3 seconds make or break a video
- Experience with motion graphics and color grading
- You move fast without compromising quality
- Based in Mumbai and okay with working on-site
Good to Have 🙌
- Prior work with D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with what performs on Meta ads vs. organic Reels
- Basic After Effects skills
- You actively consume content and have a feel for what's trending before it trends
