Requirements
News Hunting: Proficiency in finding original stories and trending topics.
Story Craft: Understanding of news angles, "hooks," and digital storytelling.
Technical: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Canva, and Photoshop.
Language: Professional-level Bengali (reading, writing, and editing).
Equipment: Must have a personal PC/Laptop capable of high-quality video rendering.
Commitment: High availability is required as we are in the launching phase.
