About the Role
Parchhai Studio is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who understands how to create content that captures attention within the first few seconds and keeps viewers engaged until the end.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Create edits with strong audience retention and thumb-stopping hooks.
- Design clean and engaging motion graphics that enhance storytelling.
- Add dynamic text animations, transitions, sound design, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop content that aligns with brand goals.
- Stay updated with current editing styles, social media trends, and platform best practices.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics and animations.
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and audience retention techniques.
- Ability to create engaging edits with attention to detail.
- Good sense of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with YouTube content, podcasts, or branded content.
- Knowledge of sound design and color correction.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance-driven editing.
