About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor (Motion Graphics) with 2–3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and short-form reel creation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging, high-retention content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and social media trends.
You will work closely with our content and marketing team to transform scripts, voiceovers, and design concepts into compelling motion-based videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality motion-based reels from scripts and voiceovers
- Design engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
- Edit short-form videos with smooth transitions, sound design, and clean pacing
- Create and adapt visual layouts, thumbnails, storyboards, and design assets using Figma
- Add dynamic Instagram-style captions synced accurately with voiceovers
- Maintain strong visual consistency with brand guidelines across all content
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams on creative concepts and layouts
- Enhance videos with typography, stock footage, animations, and visual effects
- Optimize content for social media engagement and audience retention
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines consistently
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience using Figma for layouts, design coordination, thumbnails, or creative assets
- Experience creating reels, short-form videos, and motion-based content
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Ability to sync captions and audio accurately
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Portfolio showcasing reels, motion graphics, and edited video content
- Access to a high-performance laptop/desktop capable of handling editing software efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with talking-head editing
- Knowledge of sound design and basic color correction
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and creative workflows
- Understanding of branding and marketing-focused content creation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
