About the Role: We are looking for a creative Video Editor to join the Credes TechLabs team. We aren’t looking for just a task-taker; we want a creative partner. You will work side-by-side with us to build a strong brand voice in the AI, Coding, SaaS, and Entrepreneurship space.
The Vibe & Workflow:
- Collaborative > Corporate: We don’t do micromanagement. We want someone who brings fresh ideas to the table.
- No "Crisis Mode": Content is planned days in advance so you have the time to edit without the last-minute rush or burnout.
What You Will Do (Monthly Deliverables):
- 12 Short-Form Videos: Create high-energy Reels/Shorts using fast, engaging kinetic typography to explain complex tech concepts quickly.
- 3 Long-Form Videos (6-7 mins): Edit informational videos on AI and coding. You need to master pacing and retention hooks.
- Data Visualization: Smoothly zoom in on code blocks, highlight syntax, and make software UI look sleek.
- Sound Design: Layer subtle typing sounds, swooshes, and digital glitches to perfectly match the "tech/hacking" aesthetic.
Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro OR DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong After Effects skills (MUST be able to create assets, not just use templates).
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of the tech/AI/hacking aesthetic.
Compensation: ₹18,000/month retainer for the fixed output of 12 Shorts and 3 Long Videos. If the workload exceeds this, you will be paid extra. You get the stability of full-time work with the flexibility of a freelance contract (aligned with IST hours).
