What You’ll Do:
● Transform raw videos & audio into polished training content
● Create engaging motion graphics, animations & explainer videos
● Design visuals, assets, and character animations
● Collaborate with content & instructional design teams
● Bring concepts to life through storytelling and visuals
Tools & Skills:
● Adobe Premiere Pro
● Adobe After Effects
● Adobe Illustrator
● Strong motion graphics & animation skills
● Good sense of storytelling, pacing & sound
Bonus (Good to Have):
● Interest in AI tools like Google Flow, ElevenLabs
● Basic understanding of e-learning / training content
Learning Mindset (Important):
● Keen interest in learning LMS (Learning Management Systems)
● Curious about how content is deployed, tracked, and consumed in LMS platforms
